Most marketing budgets get spread across too many channels without a clear answer to what's working. Dignisys helps you define the right audience, the right message, and the right channels — then measure what actually moves the business forward.
A campaign can look busy — impressions, clicks, reach — while the pipeline stays flat. Before adding another channel or agency, answer three questions: who are you trying to reach, what makes them act, and what counts as success in numbers?
What we work on.
A marketing brief your team can act on
An agreed audience, core message, channel mix, and budget split. Assumptions and exclusions sit beside the plan, so nothing gets added halfway through without a decision.
What you get: a one-page brief your team, agency partners, or freelancers can work from.
Campaigns built around one conversion goal
Paid search, paid social, and email campaigns pointed at a single outcome. Tracking and reporting are set up before launch, not after.
What you get: a live dashboard and a weekly performance summary.
Supporting content and search presence
SEO, content planning, and social media management that feed the campaign goal. We focus on the queries and topics that bring in buyers, not just traffic.
What you get: a content calendar and a search visibility baseline.
Reporting that separates signal from noise
Monthly reviews that name what worked, what didn't, and what to do next. Impressions and reach are context pipeline and revenue are the scoreboard.
What you get: a monthly review and a 30-60-90 day plan with clear priorities.
A clear path through the work.
Agree the goal, the metrics, and the responsibilities before the work begins. Most campaigns show meaningful signal within 4–6 weeks.
Set the baseline
(Weeks 1–2)
Review your current funnel, past campaign data, and what success looks like in numbers. Find out what's already working before spending more.Output: a one-page brief with target metrics.
Test the message
(Weeks 2–4)
Run a small test one channel, one offer, one landing page before committing the full budget. Find out what resonates with the audience you're trying to reach.Output: a validated message and channel choice.
Scale what works
(Weeks 4–12)
Move budget toward the channels and messages that performed. Review performance weekly against the agreed metrics, not against last month's activity.Output: weekly reports and a live dashboard.
Report and reset
(Monthly)
Separate real results from vanity metrics. Decide what to scale, what to fix, and what to stop. Set the next month's priorities from evidence.Output: a monthly review and updated 30-60-90 day plan.
You should know what you're buying.
We define scope around the work, not a generic retainer. That means making the unknowns visible before agreeing a monthly budget or a channel plan.
1. How much should we budget before we know what works?
Start with a test budget you can afford to lose, not a number you need to justify by month two. We usually recommend a 3-month runway for the first test: enough to gather real data, small enough that a failed channel isn't a business problem. We'll tell you what we think is realistic for your market even if it's less than you expected.
2. Do we own the ad accounts, data, and creative?
Yes. You own the Google Ads account, the Meta Business account, the domain, the analytics, and the creative files. We work inside your accounts, not ours. If we part ways, you keep the history, the audiences, and the assets. This is non-negotiable for us it's your data.
3. How long before we see results?
Paid campaigns usually show a clear signal within 4–6 weeks enough to know whether a channel deserves more budget. SEO and content take longer, typically 3–6 months before you see meaningful movement. We'll tell you which channels to expect fast signal from and which are slower builds, so you're not waiting on the wrong number.
4. What happens if a channel isn't working?
We stop it and tell you why. There's no benefit to running a campaign that isn't producing, and no value in hiding a bad result behind a bigger report. If the whole plan isn't working, we'll say that too and either change the approach or recommend you spend the budget elsewhere. No lock-in beyond the agreed term.
5. Who actually does the work?
The person you meet in the first call. We don't sell the pitch and then hand you to a junior. If we bring in a specialist say, for a specific channel or a technical setup you'll know who they are and why. You'll always have a named contact who knows your account, your numbers, and your goals.
